Fast Zombies vs Slow Zombies

So, I have noticed that there is a lot of debate between fast zombies and slow zombies. Personally, I like fast zombies a bit more...its scarier, and makes movies more action packed. When the Zombie Apocalypse starts, I do hope they r slow zombies, tho.
Anyway, people have been saying that it is stupid that there are fast zombies, as they are dead. If you really think about it, zombies
should
be fast for the first little bit. The reasons zombies are slow is because their ankle and foot muscles and tendons decay. When originally turned, zombies will have not decayed at all, and thus would retain their speed. Add this to the fact that they cannot tire, they can run for a really long time...a really, really long time.
What do you guys think of the conflict between fast and slow zombies?

Ive sort of thought the same thing. When you first turn your not completely rotted away, so it would make sense for them to be able to sprint at first. Watch the Dawn of The Dead remake, that fat lady that turned went right into a steady jog as soon as she was up.

I agree. Fast zombies are new zombies so, shoot them first
The slow ones are older zombies, shoot them next

Fast Zombies or slow Zombies, either way, I want 'em dead.
I think Claymore mines might be the answer.
Check the member uploads in the next few days for improvised munitions stuff... while the government is in place, it's educational. when the government fails due to Zombie outbreak, it could be life-saving

What about rigor mortis? and the chemicals that embalmers replace the blood with? and the parts taken out during an autopsy? besides the Danny Boyle 28 days zombies, id have to guess the dead ones are slow! one of my best friends is a funeral director, embalmer ill ask him his opinion!!
