Maybe not the best in the world, but here's mine-
1) An old beat up No.4 Mark 1 Enfield in 303 British, it ain't pretty but it shoot good.
2) Mosin Nagant M-91/30 7,62x54
3) A 7.35 Carcano that I don't expect to find ammo for at Wal-Mart or anywhere else for that matter.
4) K-31 7.5x55 Swiss
5) A Winchester 94 in 357 Magnum that I got right before news of the factory closing came out and prices jumped (lucky me!, but I sold my 30-30 to get the money, need to find a new one)
6) Enfield 2A 7.62 NATO
7) A Dan Wesson 15V in 357 Magnum
8} Heritage Rough Rider in 32 H&R Magnum ( had one with interchangeable cylinders in 22 L.R./22 W.M.R. but it gave up the ghost)
9) Rossi 410 bore single shot top break. Extremely light and handy.
10) Mossberg 500 12 GA pump.

Ha, well I guess this thread was inevitable...

Starting with the smallest:

2mm pinfire derringer (fires live rounds, not just blanks, thank you very much)

4mm flobert rimfire gallery gun

5mm RRF

.22's of every shape and size imaginable, ranging from a single shot buttler derringer to a 16 pound target rifle

mini 14 in .223

ar15 in .223

pre '64 winchester model 70 in 220 swift

sako LH in 6mm ppc

Remington 700 in .243

Aw heck, I'm just gonna stop there, let's just say, I've got a few of 'em...

I've been preparing for the Zombie invasion since I was 12...

Yeah, kinda got caught too, I didn't list all of mine either, but one or two need repair work done so I didn't want to mention them since they are non-functional at the moment and you still need an ace in the hole, ya know. But I think I'm pretty set.

I won't add everything to the list here, but I'd say that I've got enough to make sure that I'll have no problems when trouble of the Z-kind comes my way...

A few favorites:

Rem 870 in 12 guage, extended magazine and synthetic stock, otherwise stock.

Ruger 10-22 with lots of magazines..

Colt 1911 in .45acp

And a winchester model 70 (mine's post '64, I'm jealous...) in .270

Lots of other misc stuff as well... but I think those are good highlights.

Let me just say as a gun owner, i don't like the idea of listing what i have on a public forum. If you think the Government can't put two and two together your wrong. once Obama gets rolling he will try and get the guns. and I hope he can't but, in case he can he will want lists of what gun owners have so he can come get them. so I recommend against it.

While I certainly understand your sentiment, I can tell you that our database is secure, and it would take a court order before we'd hand over our IP Log to anyone.

That said, anyone else who responds here, do take into consideration that this is a public forum, and what you post can be seen by anyone who cares to look.

I'm comfortable with people, or the government, or whoever, knowing that I own guns, and even having a partial list of those guns. you won't find my personal address available on here however...

Make this judgment for yourselves

Now I'm jealous, I've been wanting a good 270 Winchester, but since I,ve got similar chamberings and don't "need it" I won't buy one unless I get a deal

I already Have a type03 FFL so they know what I got. I worry more about the rogue down the street having a theft checklist. But I don't think it hurts to be paranoid.

just recently became a gun owner and been vigilent on zed survival. I read the Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z and it kinda opened my eyes. I mean, i love zombie movies but i never even thought about an invasion. Anyway, i don't know much about guns but i know how to shoot it with great accuracy (i can place two shots close enough together to cover with a half dollar), i know how to clean em, and reload with speed. My list includes the following:
A break, .30-30 single shot, a bolt action, single shot  .22 long rifle, a .410 (bolt action), and six cylindar .38 (love it) snub nose, police issue. and a .22 pistol with a 9 round cylindar. That pretty much covers that unless you count a bow and some arrows. I need a good crossbow though with a scope and some good range. The perfect silent killer if you want to go undetected.

Crossbows are great, but as a crossbow owner, I can tell you they don't work very well at range. I think I'd trust mine out to... oh say, 30 yards or so... anything beyond that and the accuracy drops off considerably.

You're mileage may vary, but I wouldn't count on mine!

Modern compound bows give much better speed, accuracy, range and energy than crossbows. With the advancement in sights on compound bows, crossbows have little to no advantage over bows.

still, you get my point that a good silent killer is needed if you want to stay far away from your target and remain undetected
