Well I have two plans. Plan #1: Get the machete I have in the basement, then get the sledgehammer, and then I would fight my way 1 and a half miles or so to get to the nearest
gun shop. I would take all the guns I can carry, and if I can make it to Texas with a car
I would do it. Plan #2: I move to Texas before it all happens, I would break in a gun store
and take a 12 gauge shotgun, and an M14. I would also take an MP5K. Those are my two plans.
I am proud that I have two plans.

Anyone who is planning to break into a gun store or buy firearms when SHTF is cruising for a bruising.  I know a few gun store owners personally and you aren't likely to succeed in stealing anything.  They will be there, trust me.  You will be shot, or at the very least, run off.  Good luck trying to buy anything either.  Ammo is already in short supply as it is.  If you can even get into a store that has guns or ammo, there probably won't be any to be had. 

If you don't already have firearms, your best bet is to pick one up off the ground after somebody dies.  I'm sure there will be plenty lying on the ground from deceased MIL/LE personell.

guns,food, nice house crap load of wood and nails and ammo.4 cars a bunch of other people bunch of stuff and things and a big fence around my house turret post stationed at four different places.snipers ans scouts,infantry pretty much create an army and arm them and take back what i can take back

My plan is go to 4-corners hunting shop/gas station and grab guns and a car then head for cosco.for food and suplies(cosco has everything in bulk)

Nevermind. I have 2 new plans. I will buy 2 or 3 guns, I would pack all of my stuff into my backpack, get in my car, drive to my best friend's house, barricade, stay there with all of my stuff,
wait for the world to completely just die of people. 2nd plan: If plan #1 fails, run out of my friend's house, say " LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ", then run back in.  BEST. PLANS. EVER!

To have a back up plan because the first one won't work. 

I figure I'll probably fortify the lower half of the house I'm in. I know it's best in a zombie crisis to go to the upper level of the house, but realistically it would be nice to have a sort of "buffer" between me and the zombies rather than letting them willfully stroll in to the bottom floor. There's enough extra doors on the bottom floor of the house to cover most windows, then of course other large objects or wood could be placed over the windows.

Following this, or somewhere in between since I live with other people I would head south to link up to other individuals with firearms, ammo and gear. Then I would likely go to an encampment there which is 40 minutes way from where I'm at, or I would like back up with my friend I live with and head to land a bit north. So I could either stay home, go south, go north, or all three, but I keep all options open.
