If it's got zombies, it can't be all bad, and if it's got action, comedy and a few fresh ideas, we could have a winner.

In my opinion we have a winner, they even managed to work in an awesome cameo and a bit of a love story.
The character development was not on par with most of Romero's work (think more in line with Land of the Dead rather than the massive character study of Day of the Dead). This may be good or bad depending on your point of view.
I suspect most teenage boys will thoroughly enjoy the movie, at least the guys behind me did. There was a good deal of blood, but not so much gore as to make those of us with weak stomachs too queasy. Plenty of "alright" and "hell yeah" aplauses were uttered in response to the mayhem, so it should satisfy on action for all but the hardcore car chase or martial arts fans.
Even a set of rules I suspect all

All in all I'd recommend it for all zombie fans or anybody just looking for
the feelgood movie of the year a good movie to watch to kill time, laugh, or forget about the world for 90 minutes.
